Give Reva a focused brief
A request with a clear goal is easier to review. Ask for a reply to a specific enquiry, a shortlist based on known requirements or a summary of a conversation. Identify the relevant record when the interface offers that context, and avoid adding unnecessary personal information.
Read the proposal before confirming
Check names, listing details, recipients and any commitments in a draft. If Reva proposes an action, read its description and the confirmation step. Asking a question, generating text and sending a message are different operations.
For details that need a human decision, such as an unconfirmed term or a property-specific promise, verify the information before including it in a reply.
Use the record as the source of truth
After an action, check the relevant page and its recorded result. AI Activity can help explain what was logged, while Inbox and Follow-ups show message states. An approved draft does not establish delivery, and an undo control cannot recall an email that has already left the platform.
