1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to anyone who visits getrevacore.com, signs up for a RevaCore account, or is a lead, tenant or client whose information an agent adds to RevaCore on their behalf.

RevaCore is operated from Lagos, Nigeria, and used by real estate agents and agencies in the UAE, UK, Canada and beyond. Wherever you're based, this policy sets out the same commitments.

2. Data we collect

We collect three broad categories of information:

• Account data — your name, email, agency name and role, collected when you sign up.
• Workspace data — the leads, properties, conversations, calendar events and notes you or your team add, including messages processed by our AI features.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used and basic device/browser information, collected to keep the product working and to fix bugs.
• Billing data — handled directly by our payment processor, Paddle; we receive confirmation of payment and plan status, not your full card details.

3. How we use your data

We use the data above to operate RevaCore: routing enquiries to the AI follow-up engine, scoring leads, syncing your calendar, generating message drafts and briefings, and showing you insights about your pipeline. We also use aggregated, anonymized usage data to decide what to build next.

4. Our legal basis for processing

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your account and workspace data to perform our contract with you, and rely on legitimate interest for security monitoring and product improvement. Optional analytics cookies are processed only with your consent — see our Cookie Policy.

5. AI features and your data

Lead scoring, message drafting and the Reva Assistant are powered by third-party AI providers. Content is sent to these providers only to generate the specific output you requested — a score, a draft, a summary — and isn't used by RevaCore to train any model. Where a provider's own terms permit it, we configure our usage to opt out of data being used for their model training. If this matters to your compliance requirements, ask us for our current provider list and their data-use terms.

We don't sell your data or your leads' data, ever. We share the minimum necessary data with the following providers so RevaCore can function:

Because our infrastructure and providers operate globally, your data may be processed outside your home country, including in the United States and European Union. Where required, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for these transfers.

8. How long we keep data

We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your workspace data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records for legal, tax or billing purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 11.

9. Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, and enforce role-based, agency-scoped access controls so one agency can never see another's leads or properties. Full details are on our Security page.

10. Children's privacy

RevaCore is a business tool for real estate professionals and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you're based, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or object to how we process your data. You can exercise most of these directly from Settings, or by emailing [email protected].

12. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The 'last updated' date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
