2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If RevaCore isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund it in full. Email [email protected] from your account email and we'll take it from there — no interrogation, no hoops.
3. Renewals and cancellation
Plans renew monthly or annually via Paddle. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further charges are made. Renewal payments themselves are generally non-refundable outside the 14-day window, but if something went clearly wrong on our side, we'll make it right.
4. Annual plans
Switched mid-way through an annual plan? We'll refund the unused whole months remaining on a pro-rata basis, but only within the first 14 days of that renewal. After that window, cancelling simply stops future renewals — you keep access through the period already paid for.
5. Duplicate or mistaken charges
Charged twice, or hit by a payment you didn't expect? Contact us and we'll refund any confirmed erroneous charge immediately once we verify it with Paddle.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Where required by law — including EU/UK distance-selling rules and UAE consumer protection law — statutory cooling-off rights apply, and nothing in this policy limits them.
7. Founding-agent status
Founding-agent discounts are honored for the lifetime of a continuously active subscription. Cancelling doesn't permanently lose your founding status if you rejoin before the founding cohort closes — email us to check.
