These terms govern your use of the RevaCore platform. By creating an account you agree to them.
In short
- You own your leads, properties and client data — we just process it to run the service.
- Plans renew monthly or annually via Paddle; cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends.
- AI drafts messages and scores leads, but you're responsible for reviewing what reaches your clients.
- We can suspend accounts used for spam, scraping or unlawful activity.
- Disputes are handled under Nigerian law, without limiting rights you have under your own country's consumer laws.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating a RevaCore account or using getrevacore.com, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of an agency, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that agency to this agreement.
2. Who can use RevaCore
RevaCore is built for real estate professionals — agents, brokers and agencies. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account.
3. Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are per agency; each team member should have their own seat rather than sharing logins, so access controls and audit logs stay accurate.
4. Subscription plans and billing
RevaCore offers Starter, Pro and Agency plans, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as merchant of record for your purchase. Prices are shown in your billing currency before you subscribe.
You can cancel anytime from Billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't charge you again after that. See our Refund Policy for money-back details.
5. Free trial
New agencies get a 14-day free trial with no card required. If you don't choose a paid plan before the trial ends, your workspace access pauses — your data stays intact, and you can pick up where you left off the moment you subscribe.
6. Founding-agent pricing
Founding-agent discounts, where offered, are honored for the lifetime of your subscription as long as it stays continuously active. Cancelling and resubscribing later isn't guaranteed to preserve founding pricing.
7. Acceptable use
Use RevaCore for genuine real estate activity. You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, fraudulent or misleading property listings
- Use the platform or its AI features to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications
- Scrape, reverse-engineer or resell access to the platform
- Attempt to access another agency's data or bypass access controls
- Use RevaCore in a way that violates WhatsApp, Google or any connected provider's own terms of service
8. AI features and their limitations
RevaCore's AI drafts messages, scores leads and generates summaries to save you time. It's a tool, not a substitute for judgment — you're responsible for reviewing AI-generated communications before they reach your clients, especially anything involving pricing, legal terms or commitments on your agency's behalf. We aim for accuracy but don't guarantee AI outputs are error-free.
9. Your content and data
You own the leads, properties, messages and other content you add to RevaCore. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We don't claim ownership of your data, and we don't use it beyond running your workspace and improving RevaCore, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-party integrations
RevaCore connects to third-party services — including WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, and property data portals — to extend what you can do. These integrations depend on those providers staying available, and their terms and pricing may change outside our control; we'll do our best to keep you informed if an integration is affected.
11. Intellectual property
RevaCore's software, design, branding and documentation are our property or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you — you get a right to use the service, not a right to copy or resell it.
12. Termination
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms — including the acceptable use rules above — with notice where practical, and immediately where necessary to protect other users or the platform.
13. Disclaimers
RevaCore is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will find, close or retain any particular deal — results depend on your own follow-up, market conditions and factors outside our control.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevaCore isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under the law that applies to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RevaCore against claims arising from your misuse of the service, content you upload, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your own country. We'll try to resolve disputes informally first — email us before pursuing formal proceedings.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as RevaCore evolves. For material changes, we'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use RevaCore after that means you accept the update.
