Prepare from the connected lead
Before a viewing, review the buyer’s requirements, the property details and the appointment’s confirmation state. Check the time zone, location and contact details. An entry on a calendar does not by itself prove that everyone has confirmed attendance.
Record feedback while it is specific
Ask what suited the buyer and what ruled the property out. Record factual preferences such as layout, area, budget fit or timing. Avoid replacing the buyer’s words with a broad label like ‘not interested’ when a more useful detail is available.
Agree on one next action
The next step might be another viewing, a checked answer from the listing contact or a revised shortlist. Use Calendar for the next appointment and Tasks for work with an owner and due date. Keep both connected to the lead.
RevaCore Calendar can be used without Google. Availability and optional connections live in the same workspace, so you can manage the appointment and its settings together.
